This release adds the -m mode option to set user modes after
connecting. Manually set AWAY messages are no longer overwritten
when the last active client disconnects. Verbose output now uses
line prefixes rather than colors.
VERSION commands no longer result in duplicate ISUPPORT tokens being
sent to connecting clients. The -a sasl-plain option now sends
passwords containing colons correctly. Sandboxing on OpenBSD has
been tightened.
