pounce/extra: trust self-signed certificates

Hello,

I wanted to try extra/notify but since I'm running pounce in a local box
I'm using a self-signed certificate.  litterbox and catgirl have a -t
flag for this very purpose, so here's a straightforward patch to add it
to pounce-notify and pounce-palaver too.

I've tested only pounce-notify on OpenBSD i386.
