kitd is a (single) process supervisor for OpenBSD. It redirects
the child process' output to syslog and restarts it using exponential
backoff.

This is my replacement for catsit, since I'm not happy with that
project anymore. kitd is a lot simpler and more natural to use on
OpenBSD.
